Thank you for shopping at Shopping Souls. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 07 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To qualify for a replacement or return, you are required to provide an unboxing video. Additionally, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Furthermore, you will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR RETURN

Returns are solely accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product you received is in a damaged condition.
  • The product has a missing parts.
  • The product is different from the one you originally ordered.

Return Process

To start a replacement or return, please send us a mail on support@shoppingsouls.com

Once your replacement request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the process and destination for sending your package. Please note that items returned without prior replacement authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exception

  • Returns that exceed the designated time limit will not be accepted.
  • We regret to inform you that non-fabric items are not eligible for return.
  • Items falling under the non-exchangeable/returnable category cannot be returned.
  • Returns made without prior authorization or application will not be accepted.
  • Any damage caused to the product during try-on, including makeup stains, fake tan marks, perfume scents, deodorant marks, washing powder residue, or any other odors on the garment, will render the item ineligible for return.
  • Items returned with inadequate packaging, such as taping directly onto the returned item, will not be accepted for return.

Kindly be aware that the following reasons are NOT indicative of a fault:

  • Any damage caused to the product while trying it on, including self-inflicted stains or odors, will render the item ineligible for return.
  • Minor design variations from product photos, such as print or lace patterns and arrangements.
  • Returns due to simply not liking the product or changing your mind are not accepted.
  • Please note that slight color variation from the product photos may occur due to lighting conditions.
  • Customer opinions on product quality and personal preference are subjective and do not justify a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
